RnMomof7:

really, you need to stop trying to be a theologian. You are not too good at it. The Catholic Church defends the Incarnation consistently and constantly and its theology is much more incarnational than what you Prots hold, much of which borders on Gnosticism.

A goddess mother, where do you get this stuff? You really need to go examine orthodox Trinitarian doctrine. God is One and his essence is Divine but the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, while distinct are in a perfect communion/relationship of Love thus One. The Son, i.e. the 2nd Person of the Holy Trinity was incarnate of th Virgin Mary. Mary, gave birth to Christ, not his human nature, the person Jesus Christ, who is a DIVINE PERSON with a Divine and Human Nature. Those 2 Natures are not in confusion are in union with each other which orthodox Theologians, both Catholic and Eastern Orthodox refer to as the Hypostatic Union which is the substantial union of the Divine and human natures of in the One Person of Jesus Christ. This theological definition upholds Christological orthodoxy against the HERETICAL views that deny the substantial union of the Divine and human natures in Christ [which is Nestorianism, condemned at the Council of Ephesus in 431 which where Mary was definitively with clear theological language defined as Holy Theotokos giving theological understanding to St. Luke 1:43]. Hypostatic union also rejects the notion that there is no distinction in the Incarnation, which is the HERETICAL notion of Monopysitism, which was condemed at the Council of Chalcedon in 451AD. Pope Leo the Great’s Letter/Tome was ultimately the definitive statement that defined the Christology of the Council of Chalcedon, although St. Cyril of Alexandria’s theological work was also instrumental in the definition of the hypostatic union cited above.

Now, if you are willing to learn something, rather than continue to post this nonsense, great, if not, then don’t bother me again with your RnMomof7 theology based on “your reading the Bible”. I don’t have time to engage in theological nonsense. Nestorius and Eutyches also read the Bible and came to their own interpretations, which were condemed in said councils of above. Like I said, if you are willing to learn orthodox doctrine, great, if not, then you can go back to the First...whatever church with Pastor Bubba Bob and you all can read your Bibles and come up with your own doctrines, but those doctrines are not the Doctrines of the Apostolic Church held by BOTH Rome and the Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox Church. They would laught you out the building making the claims you are making.
