Considering the indisputable fact that the Catholic Church has made its disapproval of "Biblical literalism" abundantly clear over the years, I fail to see what you are objecting to in my post. How would you feel if a Catholic Monsignor believed that "silly stuff?"

And it has been my understanding that it is not possible for any Catholic to think less of a "Biblical literalist" then he already does. Was I mistaken?
