The captions are Arabic. The voiceover was dubbed in English. There was a fair amount of effort involved in doing so. If you’ll notice the number of views on YouTube, it’s not exactly been seen a huge number of times. The production was nice enough but fairly low budget. That’s possible now with widely available, affordable editing software.

Maybe if you were less demanding and more humble, the need for a version with English captioning will be addressed. Maybe someone here on FR would transcribe it for you, who knows? But, not everyone sharing testimony via YouTube has the budget to cover everybody’s unique need.

Disabilities are difficult, of that I have no doubt. But you’ll get more help asking nicely than you will in being critical and demanding.

No, not dubbed -- the man was speaking English originally. It is a powerful, inspiring and wonderful testimony. Praise God, Jesus Christ the Son of God and the Holy Spirit!

It’s not dubbed , he really does speak English.
I have seen him give his testimony before with some other Iranians.
