Why would I be offended by truly Christian missionaries?
As for Mormon missionaries, I am offended not by their presence...rather...
(a) That they counterfeit themselves as "Christians" (if they want to sell the Mormon brand, tis another matter)
(b) Their bait & switch tactics (more on this next post)
(c) And that tho the D&C & Lds leaders mentions the missionary "ministry" of warning others...that Lds don't accord the same privilege to us -- to warn Mormons...(more on that later)

I'll be right over, because we are.

A) Assuming the consequent again...
B) If we believe we are christian... Assuming the Consequent again...
C) I have personally never turned away a missionary from my door, I am always polite and hospitable, Water, juice, etc. I listen to the message and do not bible bash with the unsuspecting innocents who give me plenty of openings. On my mission, I graduated from a Buddhist monastery because I wanted to understand the people I was teaching, and the Lord arranged the opportunity. I invited a baptist minister to come and deliver a message to my congregation, when he complained of exactly what you are saying here. It was all very collegial and polite.
So, I take away from your answers that you hate Mormons and consider us unworthy to bear the name of Jesus.
Fine, I thought Jesus loved everyone and that you claim to be his follower... I don't feel loved by you.
God bless and guide you to his grace.
