Let’s say you are arguing with a liberal about some of Obama’s policies, and their reply is simply: “You’re just a hater!!”

Is that the kind of discourse you want to promote on Free Republic?

On your point, I will merely comment that it is a bit strange when the only response to disagreement with Mormonism is a personal attack. IMHO it is quite rare that the Mormon apologists on these threads actually respond on doctrinal grounds. That darn internet.

There comes a point where a bigot is just a bigot and not an intellectual discussion of someone else’s religion.

Liberals can call me what they want, and I call bigots what I want. Just not in the religion forum.
