Unfortunately, “neither” is not in the option set. In January 2013, either Obama or Romney WILL be in the White House.

For FREEPER in over 40 states (see post #14), sure it is.

The only quandary is for the TRUE swing states...which stands at about 7 right now.

If you're in a state which is sure to overwhelmingly go to one or the other, and you wish to enter a protest vote, then go ahead and make yourself happy.
