Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Our Father in Heaven
Blessed Are You,
Oh LORD, Our God,
King of the Universe,
Ancient of Days,
El Shaddai,
The All-Sufficient One!

Oh, Holy, Holy, Holy are You,
LORD, God of Power and Might!
May You Always be The Provider
and Banner For Your People Israel!
May Your Children never be ashamed
or afraid to Lift Your Banner High!
May Your Name Always be Before them in battle and never be profaned!

Thank You for revealing to us, in Your Word,
Your Love For Jerusalem and For The People of Israel.
Be With us as we explore the History of Your Holy City Through Scripture

let him send me to the city in Judah where my ancestors are buried so that I can rebuild it.”

Father,
Thank You For This Story of Nehemiah.
We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem.
We Pray for Our Own Leaders in America,
May They Speak Comfort to Jerusalem.
May We NOT be Numbered Among Israel's Enemies, God Forbid!
We Pray For The American People,
May They NOT be Deceived by the Media.
May Their Eyes be Opened with regard to God's People Israel.

We pray for an END to Lies,
Slander, Blood Libel, Propaganda,
and Antisemitism against Your Beloved.
We Pray For an End to Slavery,
Hostage-Taking,
and Piracy wherever it is Practiced Around the World.
We Beseech You on Behalf of Our Captive Brethren,
Christians and Jews,
In Bondage in Hostile lands.

We Plead For Israeli Control Over All the Holy Sites in Israel,
so that All Faiths may visit them.
We Pray For Bibi Netanyahu, and the Leaders of Israel
May They Receive Wisdom from You to do the Right Thing.
We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Nehemiah has a good relationship with his master, the King. If he had not been a captive, it could almost be called a "Friendship". One could infer that he always discharged his duties with a cheerful heart, for when he couldn't hide his grief over Jerusalem, the King noticed right away. Of Course, Nehemiah was fearful of expressing his deepest thoughts to his master, so he PRAYED first before revealing what was on his heart. God honored his prayer by inducing the King to give a sympathetic nod to Nehemiah. Of Course, this meant he was going to lose his Favorite Servant!

let him send me to the city in Judah where my ancestors are buried so that I can rebuild it.”

Come and Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation..
