I drink coffee, moderately. I think it’s good for you in moderation. But I do NOT drink Coke, which is a source of high fructose corn syrup, which is extremely bad for you.
Coke didn’t always contain that stuff, but it does now. Thanks mostly to gubbermint interference.
HFC is a darn sight better for you than wheat flour processed to make it sweeter ~ it’s frequently added to chocolate products, and to cake icing!
From the body's perspective, HFCS is just another source of glucose.
It comes in the tall glass bottles and is either in the "international foods" aisle, or with the other soda.
