Of course, Islam is like all religions, it doesn’t accept Jesus as God, nor does Judaism, other religions, don’t recognize him at all, or whatever.

Mormonism is formed, constructed, and executed, to destroy Jesus, to deconstruct him and then to rebuild him, to seduce his believers into a NEAR belief in Jesus, an almost Jesus, that melds into you becoming a Jesus yourself.

Now the truth is being told, any church that hold themselves as a religion even if they claim to be Christian are no different than Islam, that is what i have thought for quite some time.

Ansel, I'm not posting this to apologize for mormonism or argue with you, but are you aware that the Eastern Orthodox Church teaches that the goal of the chrstian life is quite literally "deification" (theosis in Greek)? As a matter of fact what Catholics call "sanctifying grace" they call "deifying grace."

Are you aware that some of the ancient church fathers (I've read various ones credited with the quote) said that "[the chrstian]'gxd' became man so that man may become 'gxd?'"

An Eastern Orthodox friend once explained to me that through participation in the life of the Orthodox Church one becomes a "gxd;" not by nature, but "'gxds' by the grace of [the chrstian] 'gxd.'"

Again, I'm not defending mormonism, but I can't help but wonder how much you know about more ancient versions of chrstianity than your own.
