When you don’t know what to ask, pray as Mary did: Be it unto me according to Thy Word.
Please lend me a bit of your insight. I suffering from a measure of divided intention regarding the rosary.
In my inmost spirit I perceive an unmistakably clear, I dare say “profound,” imperative to pray the rosary. Nevertheless, when I do so, I also perceive a certain wooden, stultifying, pro-forma “feeling” to my prayer as I attempt to consider the mysteries while progressing through the “steps” of the prayer.
I can only conclude I am doing something wrong, but what I have no idea.
Any thoughts?
