That is correct. Only Noah’s family came through the flood. Goliath came much later.

The ones that were alive before the Flood, yes. However, the Bible says there were giants on the Earth in those days, AND also afterwards. So, it seems to me that some “incident” must have happened again after the Flood, resulting in Goliath and the other giants we see in the later books of the Bible.
