First of all, the article doesn't say this happened on or off campus...but it does say it happened repeatedly and involved a "roommate"...since BYU doesn't set up "coed" dorm situations...and BYU doesn't sanction off-campus coed rental arrangements...I will assume for the moment that the victim was "male."
But either way, would you want your son or daughter sexually touched while sleeping? How about yourself? Why is this even a question?

My point was that calling someone a victim because they were “touched” was a bit of a stretch. I consider people who were killed or suffered traumatic amputations from suicide bombers to be victims. That’s a far cry from being “touched.”
