The victims were both male. BYU does not have co-ed dorms and even their “BYU approved housing” (off campus but still run by BYU and still held to BYU standards and 99% BYU students who have to submit to the same BYU code) have the women on one side of the complex and men on the opposite side. I used to live in BYU approved off campus housing when I was at BYU.
And he wasn’t a college drop out, he was kicked out of BYU AFTER the charges were filed.
