What’s ironic is I recall a couple of this group identified themselves as Pentecostal, which is considered a cult by many mainstream Christian denominations.

Care to post anything relevant from another sect's website that confirms this point of view?

Or do we have to just chalk this up to another try at misinformation?

And the Christian Research Institute lists the United Pentecostal Church as a cult along with Alamo Christian Ministries, Association for Research and Enlightenment, Christadelphians, Christian Identity Movement, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Church Universal and Triumphant, A Course in Miracles, Eckankar, The Family/Children of God, Freemasonry, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Mind Science groups, New Age Movement, Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-Day Saints, Rosicrucianism, etc.
