"I didn’t think you had anything." What I don't have is an honest or accurate criticism of the Church to defend. Hurt feelings from the failure to accommodate egocentricism are not the fault of the Church nor a reason to ascribe any number of false doctrines to it. I can forgive you, but I cannot exonerate anyone.
