I find her statements very distrubing. Does she realize how many Catholics are in this country and how many people she is turning off by what she said?
To: InHisService
She’s pretty but she’s brain-dead like all liberals.
To: InHisService
Perhaps she is looking for a good spanking...

I’m surprised her statements didn’t garner more attention. Very inflammatory.

It sounds much better than having to live with guilt. Its absolutely extraordinary. If only I wasnt an atheist, I could get away with anything, wow, talk about not getting it.

But there’s even more people out there who have no idea who she is, or even care... I’m among them.

I guess nobody told her that you have to be truly sorry for your sin and to make a firm resolve never to do it again before you get forgiveness. Christ realized that people would make mistakes and He provided a way for them to face their sins and repent. She’s really quite ignorant about the Catholic faith.

Maybe if she got a little religion she’d be able to eat something.

If she is an an atheist, why is she even worried about “asking for forgiveness”?
Forgiveness for what, and from Who?
Sheesh, Lizzie, just eat drink and be merry, on your way to becoming worm food.

Here’s my view: if someone in Hollywood says something against a homosexual, the media makes a huge deal out of it. I can’t remember his name but one actor was fired from his job for using the word “faggot.” There have been other instances as well. They are made to aplogize publicly, ostracized, etc. Say something against a Christian, especially a Catholic, and that’s fine, it goes unnoticed for the most part. I’m not even a Catholic and this gets my goat! I’m an evangelical Christian but I still have a lot of respect for the Catholic faith and I’m tired of them being pummeled!

We live in a world of which Satan is god and which is at war with God and which hates God.
We shouldn't be surprised when the enemies of God who live in a world that hates God get rewarded when Christians are marginalized and ridiculed.
This situation will change, of course, and in the not-too-distant future, but for now those who have made the choice to reject God are just being themselves in their natural state.

I can’t bear to look at her. She’s a spokesman for Maybelline and Death at the same time.
Kinda makes all her movies a write off.

She is very ignorant about Catholocism and I think she should be held accountable for what she said, but of course she never will be. It’s not like anyone who interviews her will bring it up.

I have no idea how people manage to go through life without faith. How gray and cynical their world must seem! I bet one day when she is really really old she'll be all to eager to trade her cold analytical atheist views for a little of the strength, warmth and comfort of God's love.

You are absolutely right on. I just like to let other believers know what is being said. At least for now, with liberal Hollywood, we can hit them where it hurts by not going to their movies.
