So true. They want the sex and are too stupid to take birth control measures and too selfish to have the baby once pregnant and give it up for adoption.
Russian population is declining horribly. You'd think the government would PAY married couples to have children, then FOLLOW THROUGH with Scandinavian-type perks like free public transportation for kids, breaks on housing, etc.
Russia is in a SAD, SAD state. It will take them several generations to get over the ravages of communism.
