Ah, right. Celestial heaven, terrestrial heaven, etc.
I was thinking more on the lines of that South Park episode.
Question: “So ... Who gets into heaven?”
Answer: “Mormons ... yes, Mormon is the correct answer.”
Awwww!!!
Well since for Mormons the only ‘real’ heaven is exaltation (godhood) in the Celestial Kingdom, then yeah only Mormons go to heaven.
It is interesting that Mormons are exclusivists and universalists at the same time.
Mormon afterlife "issues" are many & great.
The three most significant ones (IMO) are...
...the lie that some Mormons will become gods
...that you need to work your way there
...and that the Mormon god is a different god -- and, as it especially pertains to our discussion -- that most people won't even live with Heavenly Father forever per Mormonism!
Mormons say only MARRIED, temple recommended Lds get to live in the celestial kingdom. And they would be the ONLY ones able to live with Heavenly Father.
The rest of Christians & any proxy baptism accepters get locked out from being reconciled to Heavenly Father.
My question? What's an alleged "heaven" where God the Father isn't?
