(obviously not...if romney gets the nomination...I'm voting third-party for POTUS & will drop my GoP affiliation)
All I care about is that the person I vote for will be better than Obama.
ALL: I can see it now... ...the "ReReformed GoP" party has a candidate to the left of Obama...and we have the kids of these FReepers -- the Freepers who now post "anybody is better than Obama"...
...They'll come online to clamor "anybody is better than the Democrat"...
...and they'll push the guy who's to the left of Obama!!!
Basically, Kansas, you're telling the GoP establishment that it doesn't matter who they throw your way; if they have an (R) next to their name, you'll vote for him/her...no other standard...no other criteria necessary...nothing...you're training your kids & grandkids to vote for ANYBODY as long as it's not a (D)
And this is exactly the process of how we wind up with a LOT of RINOs to begin with...no standards except "beat the Democrat."
You're also fueling the abandonment of the GoP. Extinction. (As in the Whig party)
Then what will you do when you've chased the base away from the ex-conservative party???
All of the GOP candidates, including Newt and both Ricks will endorse Romney if Romney wins the Nomination. Will you be as harsh with them as you have been, here, with me?
