Kind of like when Stalin asked “How many divisions does the Pope have”. Perhaps legions of angels. Giving credit where due, a Pope (and the Good Lord) had a hand in bringing down the Evil Empire. A Pope (although some will discredit him as a collaborator, although hard evidence proves otherwise) ran an underground railroad right under the Nazis’ nose.
I may have some theological differences of opinion, but there is a time to stand against evil. And we will win.
Remind me again, where did all that gold the Croatian fascists brought to Vatican City wind up? Or the Croatian fascists that were hiding out there, for that matter?
Or do we conveniently ignore the other “underground railroads” that were running to Argentina?
