The holy Eucharist thing is just silly. Communion is a simple symbol to remind us of what Christ did for us. It is so simple you can’t screw it up unless you try really hard.
It is a reminder of the thing that makes Christianity truly unique - Grace - and what it took to attain it.
And the really great news is that my family can participate in it after every single meal if we so choose: “As often as you do this, do it in remembrance of Me.”
Remember in about third or fourth grade when you, maybe, learned to diagram a sentence???
you(understood pronoun)do(verb) THIS (subject of sentence) in memory of Me.(merely explains why you are doing THIS. In fact, (you do this) is a proper imperative sentence by itself and it needs no additional words to be said!
