The problem is that it’s presented as a Church v State issue. It’s not. I have no need for an insurance policy that covers infant murder or contraceptives. My wife doesn’t either. Yet the HHS mandate says that everyone must be covered for these things, and covered for ‘free.’

What’s next? Requiring car insurance to cover oil changes? Tires? Gasoline?

I still can’t believe that every state insurance commissioner isn’t standing up and going ‘oh hell no’ about the feds stepping in and replacing them.

Because they don’t want to run afoul of the majority of women that are pro contraception.
