As if the second version where the church has to pay insurance companies to provide birth control and aboritfacient drugs, but the insurance company can't include it as a separate line item (i.e. it is called "free") is any better. They still haven't answered what happens if the church owned hospital or school is self-insured like many large organizations are.

the point is that the regulation hasn’t changed. Obama claimed he changed it, but the regulation stands, and we only have a claim that he will change it in the future.
