[ Have you read the article? / If so did it leave anything out? ]

Yes.. Who(what) God is..
The old testament says God is a mystery..
The new testament imply’s God is a Committee.. but still mysterious..

God does not have a name but he/it is given a “handle”..
Personally I think how could a human even conceive of what God(a real one) actually is?..

Those that try seem to be arrogant.. or scamming the simple.. with simplistic answers..

If you read the article, it speaks about “how to become a Christian” and it tells the good news of the Gospel, that God loved us so much that he gave his only son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins and if we believe on him, we have everlasting life. It isn't addressing all the other details that become part of understanding our faith - like who God is, the Trinity, the virgin birth, water baptism as an outward testimony to others of the new birth, etc. The thief on the cross next to Jesus was with Jesus in Paradise that very same day and he hardly had time to learn all those things. Faith is what saves us. Once we are saved, and are members of the family of God through the new birth, we are encouraged to fellowship with other Christians and to study the Bible to learn all about our faith and how to live a life that honors God and is pleasing to Him. Those are the things that happen AFTER one becomes a Christian. Without faith first it is IMPOSSIBLE to please God. He that comes to God must believe that HE IS and that he is a rewarder of those that seek him.
