Reading post #627, I don’t see a good reason for this “making it personal” post of yours.

I’m ready to believe that stfassisi “bothers” to read the Bible.

I’m also ready to believe that he believes in Jesus Christ as our Savior.

That would be correct. I just don't guess at what the Scriptures mean and trust Christ gave us the Church to interpret them correctly.
