I am a sinner, but my rejection of J-sus does not make me doomed for an eternal hell-fire. This is what I mean by fear-based. Hell this, hell that. This is supposed to be ‘freeing’? Really? Even J-sus said that not everyone who believes in him will get to heaven. Forgiveness and love my foot!
I have not thrown away any part of G-d’s plan. repentence is very simple. all one has to do is pray to G-d and ask for forgiveness and try hard to avoid sinning again. No middleman/woman is needed.
Your version of the Hebrew Scriptures has been distorted. I urge you to do some research, unless you are afraid of the truth.
G-d made it abundantly clear that He Alone is G-d,that He is not a man, that He cannot be seen, and worshipping anyone else is forbidden and idolatrous. He shares His Glory with NO ONE. I can give you proof from the Tanach.
Your statement that I’m going to fall on my knees and worship the false god J-sus is wrong as well as cocky. He is not G-d in the flesh (The Trinity is absurd. How can 3-in-1 equal one?)and he is not the messiah. Again do the research. You will be shocked.
I will not change my stance. Christianity IS based on fear.
Look up Isaiah 52 to see Isaiah 53 in its’ true context. it has to do with Israel, not J-sus.
You Christians sure have a lot of gall to twist our sacred scriptures around and then “School” us on them. Talk about cockiness.
Really? Give me some reliable Scripture references and Jewish scholarship. and explain them to back up your opinions.
But perhaps we might like to keep in mind the stated topic of this post: "What must I do to be saved from Gods wrath and be made acceptable to Him?"
And I think that as this forum seems to be focused on answers, arguable or not, coming from the Christian community? Are you seeking to be 'saved'? or do you have a distinct, provable, eternally valid answer to the question? Perhaps that would be a better way to continue, if future responses are to address the topic head-on.
