Any Catholic who obstinately denies that abortion is always gravely immoral, commits the sin of heresy and incurs an automatic sentence of excommunication.

I'm talking about Representatives, Senators, Executives, etc., ... politicians who actively voted for and supported this ObamaCare legislation.

These people must be publicly excommunicated until they recant. Ordinary folks are not responsible for the law. I'm not talking about them.

Any other course of (non)action on the part of the Bishops is equivalent, in my mind, to acceptance or collaboration.

It always burned me up to see pro-aborts like John Kerry, Ted Kennedy and Nancy Pelosi going to church in order to get the Catholic vote. Everything they do is a show and a calculation to promote their political power.
