I noticed a couple weeks ago that the Facebook page of the "Black Sheepdog" (BSD) quietly slipped off the radar. The only Corapi Facebook pages that remain are run by fans. The BSD blog and website were still up, but there had been no activity for some time. Seems to me that when I decided to peek about two weeks ago, the last entry was from around Labor Day in September. No mention was made that anything was wrong.
Today, traveling around the Catholic blogosphere and on Facebook and Twitter is a link to the now defunct website http://www.theblacksheepdog.us/. All of the posts, all of the audios and videos are gone as are the items that were for sale. The "nuking" of the site also eliminated literally thousands of comments. It is all replaced with this:
Everyone is wondering what is up. Many are hoping that this signals Father Corapi's return to SOLT (yes, I'm still calling him Father because the Church, to my knowledge, has not stated publicly that he is no longer to be called, "Father" and I prefer to keep in mind that he remains a priest).
Here, I will throw in a few possibilities which are purely speculative, along with my own hopes.

Prayers for Fr Corapi & all priests
X2 I had the privilege of seeing him speak several years ago along with Scott Hahn. It was a very moving experience
For your ping
Amen. And I’d like to add to that all pastors and preachers of God’s Word according to the Holy Bible. Our churches and our pastors and priests are always under attack.
Pingwa!
Hope he gets his life in order.
I know you’re following this story & have probably already read this, but just in case - PING
He made it into the homily at Mass here either yesterday or Sunday as an example and object lesson—not quite forgotten, but probably not how he desires to be remembered.
I hope he’s well and content.

Blessing to you......
Thank you dear!
I think I might have heard of those pages! LOL!
Hi Mrs. Frogjerk ... :)
There was notice on the internet back in October, perhaps, that Corapi was closing his “business.” He had came out with some new videos for sale in August or September. His promised autobiography never appeared. I have heard no news on his lawsuit against his former employee.
LOL. My grandmother keeps calling him “Caprati”. She’s Lutheran and watches the EWTN from time to time.
