God’s Word is the final authority, as taught by the pillar of truth, the Body of Christ on earth, THE CHURCH.
The Body of Christ is indeed the true church, but it isn’t made of brick and doesn’t have a steeple. It more closely resembles a human body. It’s also pretty much invisible, it’s members scattered among the Baptists, Lutherans, Catholics and many other denominations and some don’t attend an earthly steeple house at all.
The body of Christ are those who have believed in Jesus Christ as their savior and the author and finisher of their faith. It is not a particular church or denomination as many claim...to do so is the first step off the Christian path, which is only found in and of Jesus Christ and He alone. He is the head of the body of believers...
