Actually that was my point..it must work with FACTS ..not man made unprovable tradition ..and there are NO, nada, proof that anyone was with Mary when she dies.. no proof of how or when she died.. and certainly no proof that the apostles were all present or where she died OR WHERE HER TOMB was.. so all that tradition is man made out of whole cloth..

Yest there is. Testimony from an authoritative source is considered evidence in a court of law. You have been provided testimony on the Assumption of Mary from St John of Damascus, universally recognized as one of the authoritative Greek Fathers. You choose not to accept said evidence, but please give up your pretense that none exists.
