The post to which I refer contains a perfect example of exactly what the great infallible interpreters of Scripture said was something they ceased to rely on when they were very young, comics and graphics. But, naturally, the words "fact" and "truth" are subject to redefinition the same way every word in the Bible is subject to redefinition by those who each and every one have their own personal interpretation of Scriptures..
So, where is the snark to this poster of comics and graphics from the wise folks who each have their own personal interpretation of Scripture? Is it that something ten or more comments old is considered to be tradition and therefore to be ignored? Or, is it that those who interpret Scriptures for themselves can always be relied on to say whatever is convenient whenever it's convenient? You know, like when it gets convenient to ordain queers and so many of the infallible interpreters of Scripture rush to be the first on their block to have their own queer pastor or lesbian minister and to prove with their own infallible interpretation of Scriptue that there is nothing at all wrong with being a queer or any other sort of sexual pervert.
