Mary’s relics would have been highly cherished, not Hoffa’s.

Except that the apostles would clearly have recognized the dangers of superstition and not bothered with them. They weren't the typical Catholic, you know.

The relics of Apostles who died were saved and cherished by the Apostles who survived.

Mary died alone? No. Women were never left to live alone in those days. Jesus gave John the privilege of looking after His mother.
