Romans 2:6,7; 13: "For he will repay according to each one's deeds. To those who by patiently doing good seek for glory and honor and immortality, he will give eternal life; for it is not those who hear the law who are just in the sight of God; rather, those who observe the law will be justified."It is trying to separate the two, our faith and what we do, and say that "only this one matters, that one doesn't apply" that causes error. The two are inseparable.
