Not to worry; as I KNOW the odds!
The area about a 1/4 mile back from the Gulf is probably 70% empty lots with steps to nowhere and concrete slabs as a shadow of a former home.
Corporations with money have reestablished on the beach road, but only at I-110 is there wall-to-wall developments again.
It’ll be a while with the economy in the tank the way it is.
Saw a 1.3 acre lot today on Beach Blvd for 3.1 mil. sign was VERY faded.
