I’ll go out on a limb and posit that there are father issues: Either absent, abusive, or queer.

When girls go bad, that is almost certainly an major contributor to the overall etiology.

Peck's book, The Road Less Traveled, is excellent, as is People of the Lie, but Peck descended from a soft "Christianity" into an ego-effacing "mysticism" and his subsequent works are quite worthless.

I think there are many who don’t have a fathers presence in their life but they do not choose to go this way. People make choices...these two decided to go this direction...and more than likely resisted the inner warning of the danger.

When you play on the edge of the cliff there is no guarantee you will not fall off....in some cases you will be grapped off.

I was a resident in a County ER many, many years ago. I’ll never forget one night a young woman who came in with multiple, multiple superficial stab wounds. The only reason she was in immediate distress was that one of them had penetrated a bit deeper into her chest and she had a pneumothorax. IT came out she was caught by her lesbian partner with another lesbian. Sure seems like more of this stuff coming out now. It seems to be a nexus between homosexuality, pedophilia, sadistic violence and satanism. The days are truly evil.
