Christ our righteousness ping
AMEN!!!! THANK YOU JESUS!!! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH, MY SAVIOUR AND REDEEMER!!!
That cleansing power cleanses the whole life from sin and sinfulness.
And if we forget to repent of a sin, we’re not damned forever.
Praise God it doesn’t depend on our perfection (works).
Do you know what would confound and baffle him?
Besides main prayers for this man's soul. I would just cover the Blood of Christ over him. Well you would see so much hate in a face then retreat in a person. I would say it right in front of him. I told him he is working for the wrong person in a mental prayer. He would acknowledge with a face look then response. Truly amazing!!
Yes ! The precious Blood of Christ ! Indeed!!! Praise Jesus!!
Eternal Father, I offer You the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world. Amen!
That line really caught my attention. The tablets of stone, the Ten Commandments, are within the Ark of the Covenant, whose top was the Mercy Seat. Just like we flee to the Throne of Grace for our redemption. Thank you for this wonderful sermon by a precious servant of God.
There is only Heaven for Grace Believer and Hell for cults, and un-believers - God makes is abundantly clear that there is only Heaven and Hell - no such thing as Purgatory - those which are 'placed in purgatory', remain in purgatory forever. The concept of Purgatory was defined by the cult of the ancient Babylonian religion of Nimrod.
You'd be forgiven for thinking this thread is showing that not to be the case.I've never read Screwtape but I bet he's laughing now.
However, thanks for the post,a wonderfull reminder.Hossana to the Son of David! Thankyou Lord Jesus!
Grace and peace to us all who call upon His name.
Mat 9:2 And behold, some people brought to him a paralytic, lying on a bed. And when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, "Take heart, my son; your sins are forgiven."
Luk 5:20 And when he saw their faith, he said, "Man, your sins are forgiven you."
Luk 7:48 And he said to her, "Your sins are forgiven."
1Jo 2:12 I am writing to you, little children, because your sins are forgiven for his name's sake.
Oops. How did that last one slipped in.... ;O)
It´s odd that Jesus the Jew never mentioned himself when he taught ¨Our Father¨. Instead he promoted yet another Hebrew prayer.
