In the 2009 Bowl Championship Series, he wore “John 3:16”

In his last college game, he wore Ephesians 2:8-10. As much as I hate the Florida Gators, I loved watching Tim Tebow play. Listening to the college football shows on the radio, I enjoyed the fact that the discussion topic centered on which verse Tebow had on his shadow decal. Tebow is a class act, and is one who will be a light on a lampstand for all to see. God bless him.

To clarify for all concerning praising God. As Christians we are called to praise God in all things. It is a mandate of our faith. It is not meant as an offense to others, but an expression that we are giving God the credit for everything in our lives, because our life is a gift from God. As the coach told his football team in the movie “Slaying the Giants”; “We praise God when we win, and we praise God when we lose.”
