Does anyone really think that verse from Isaiah applies to the Beatitudes? Its just another verse presented in a perverted bumper sticker mode to "prove" an unscriptural point.
Does anyone think the Beatitudes applies to the dispensation of the grace of God? The “filthy rags” that you so vehemently oppose, is what leads you to understanding the grace of God. And the finished work of Christ on your behalf. Thereby “proving” a VERY Scriptural point.
