Excellent article. Must read.

THE SOURCE AND ORIGIN of our nation’s problems.

And until we can deal with the source of the brainwashing of our youth - the education system controlled by Marxist/atheists - all we do is only putting a band-aid on our problems.

The source of the education system is actually higher education, where all the “lower education” teachers are taught and brainwashed themselves......

I have yet to see/hear ANY CONSERVATIVE address this and provide a solution........EVER!

It isn’t that cut and dried. Christians have played into the hands of their enemies.

The “Great Revival” and temperence movements of the 1880’s provided necessary support from the right for government control. Ever since, the government has had this schizophrenic propensity to regulate drugs and business in innocent enterprises, to put God in the Pledge of Allegiance and take him out of school, to raise the age of consent in steps from 10 or 12 to 18 and make exhibition of adult sex, sometimes even to children, affecting their behavior, a civil right.

The government must be divested of its authority to regulate from the left or right in order for Christianity and freedom (which sometimes will be decidedly unchristian) to flourish according to the individual and the family, even if you, or even an overwhelming majority at some point in time, don’t like some people’s choices for themselves.

If you think you can have a democratic governnent that only enforces and promotes your point of view forever, then you are unclear on the definition of democracy.

Unfortunately, the Bible and Christians preach freedom of conscience but then a Constantine comes along and Christians themselves become the persecutors.

I’m not down on Christians. I am a Christian. I am simply saying that the enforcement of Christian orthodoxy opens the door to progressives and other enemies of true Chritianity in an unholy alliance necessary to create the conditiions for government control in which each gets part of what they want in a bad mixture.

Oh, the solution is simple and I am a Conservative.

Government Education = Government Propaganda

Those Who Can’t Do Teach.
(And they teach to overthrow the system they blame for their failure.)

Government should be OUT of the education business and those who teach (or at least administer) should be those who have done or are doing.

I'm not sure that Salmon Khan is a conservative, but he has blazed an educational pathway by generating a curriculum delivery system, and is building a curriculum. Khan Acadamy provides the curriculum for free, on its web site. It appears to be a new paradigm in education, in that the student can absorb the lecture at his own pace at home, and the classroom time can dispense with lecture and be fully dedicated to what is conventionally "homework." I'm fascinated by the approach, and while I'm certain that it is susceptible of some improvement, I also sense that it is a disruptive technology in education.

I see no reason why conservatives couldn't apply the Khan approach, and possibly improve on his implementation. It could make effective and efficient homeschooling practical for children whose parents have weak academic backgrounds.
