great answer. but, who said I said the scriptures support socialism?? Read carefully with a spiritual eye. Be clear that I am not saying you are not reading with a spiritual eye or do not have one ( only God knows). I am just reminding you of the spiritual eye, because then after prayer and then reading, you will see what is really there. As I know my heart in writing what I wrote in the spirit.
Praying before reading or answering anything helps to calm our opinions and leaves us open to what God wants us to see, say, and receive.
If you are already praying before you read and send out passages, then excuse me; my sincere apologies if you might be offended by my extra mention of it.
If you are not, then definitely research the scriptures and see how Jesus requires us to pray on all things.
If you do not want to, then of course, its your choice. I mention these three examples because i dont know you or your heart.
I dont judge, just giving advice from the word on prayer. Talking about God is a very serious matter. Emotions, opinions,and worldly thoughts if not calmed and shut down by prayer before we do smoething can lead us to saying, doing, and assuming things we can regret.
Prayer:
Romans 8:26-27
26 And as well as this, the Spirit too comes to help us in our weakness, for, when we do not know how to pray properly, then the Spirit personally makes our petitions for us in groans that cannot be put into words;
27 and he who can see into all hearts knows what the Spirit means because the prayers that the Spirit makes for God’s holy people are always in accordance with the mind of God.
You are also judging LL here as well, with the presumption that he is NOT seeing with a spiritual eye and that he did not pray before reading or answering.
