Sadly, but true, here is how a real Christian suffers under the name of Christ Jesus. Nadarkhani, a pastor in the 400-member Church of Iran, has been held in that country's Gilan Province since October 2009. Now Nadarkhani was sentenced to death for apostasy. Nadarkhani now needs real Christian prayer, and this is the Pauline prayer, not the Lord's prayer in Matthew, which is for Israel, but by the power of prayer which is found in the Epistles of Paul for today's church, the Body of Christ, with Christ as Head of the Church. Nadarkhani is part of this invisible Body of Christ and as true grace believers, we need to offer prayers which the Holy Spirit will make intercession for us with our groaning which cannot be uttered: this is how God Almighty hears our prayers today, we need to be on our needs to God to comfort Nadarkhani immediate family (wife and children). If Nadarkhani is murdered by the Iranian government, if this unfortunate event should happen, then Nadarkhani will go directly straight unhindered to heaven before the Lord Christ Jesus.

Here is Spirit's intercession promise for us for today's prayers, for this grace believer saint:

Romans 8:26: Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

Romans 8:27: And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

II Corinthians 1:3: Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;

II Corinthians 1:4: Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

Ephesians 1:2: Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 1:3: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:

Ephesians 1:4: According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

Ephesians 1:5: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

Ephesians 1:6: To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

Ephesians 1:7: In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

Ephesians 1:8: Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;

Ephesians 1:9: Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself:

Ephesians 1:10: That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:

Ephesians 1:11: In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

Ephesians 1:12: That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.

Ephesians 1:13: In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

Ephesians 1:14: Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

Amen, bibletruth. AMEN.

"Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also given unto us the earnest of the Spirit. Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord." 2 Cor. 5:5-8.
