As far as recent Christian films go, none can compare with Bella. I bought it on DVD (after I'd seen it in the theatre) and I loan it to friends.
It stars Eduardo Verastigui, a former Mexican soap opera star (a true life "hunk") who gave up his secular pursuits for a life of spreading the Christian message.
An indie film, Bella was sponsored by the Knights of Columbus, among others including Gov. & Mrs. Jeb Bush. It's well worth seeing.
