(Colossians 2:14): "Blotting out the handwriting of ORDINANCES that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to His Cross."
(Ephesians 2:15a): "Having abolished in His flesh the enmity, even the LAW OF COMMANDMENTS CONTAINED IN ORDINANCES..".
(Hebrews 9:10): "Which stood only in meats and drinks, and DIVERS WASHINGS (baptisms) and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation."
(Ephesians 4:4-6): "There is ONE body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of you calling. One Lord, one faith, ONE BAPTISM, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all."
Is still talking about water baptism as evidenced by verses clearly showing that baptism is symbolic for being buried and raised with Christ.

The old ordinances were against us. We could not possibly follow them without breaking them. All the old ordinances condemned us. The new promises eternal life.
One baptism yes, symbolized by water baptism.
