Being a redeemed child of God is not a on again/off again proposition; now you're in/ooops, you're out based on some church criteria of what your behavior should be according to their standards.

Salvation is a gift from God which He freely bestows on those who receive it through faith. We are sealed with the promised Holy Spirit given us as a guarantee until the day of our redemption.

God is not an Indian giver.

When we become His child we are born into His family and He will not disown us if we slip and sent us to hell for the least little infraction just because we're human.

John 10:28-30 28 I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. 30 I and the Father are one."

Philippians 1:6

And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.
