Just the sort of captain that the Albany (NY) diocese needs to replace (the abysmally failed) Archbishop Hubbard. We need to pray long and hard for our future bishop. It will take decades to turn this diocese around. The same is true up in Rochester, where Clark will also be retiring next year.
