Go read his post again and you will see that he does a good job of describing the history of the declining priest pool, and how those shortfalls were filled by homosexuals and deviants, and that there is no obvious solution to changing what has become of the applicant pool.
He is not proposing allowing married priests so that the deviants would marry and become healed, he is suggesting allowing married men into the priesthood to replace them, and to create again, a vast pool of normal priest applicants.
I got that. I don’t think the church is helped by married priests, either. Do you need me to add that?
