With that taken care of, let's get back to the original question then (unless you want to throw the train off the track again and talk about foot fungus or something).
Did Christ, or did He not, expel many demons on multiple occasions in the Gospel accounts?
The answer is "yes" - and that is evidence that demons are real, and they exist. The four Gospel accounts are the most significant historical documents in all of human history.

It’s not a Red Herring. Christ did many things that men today cannot do.
Nobody has never seen/exorcized a demon, nor do demons exist, except as a proxy to excuse bad behavior. It’s guilty people claiming they are victims. They are a lie that many supposed Christians use to scare and trick gullible children and young adults. I’ve seen that first hand.
Demon theologists are for the most part simply bad people who use demon theology as a trick to fool those who want to believe, or those who are completely fooled. It’s fake, just like speaking in tongues - though just like demons, many will swear by them.
Christ did many things that people today cannot do. That doesn’t disprove any Gospel.
