Sukhra Chauhan was unknowingly possessed by a demon for almost six years. After an arduous search for deliverance, she unexpectedly came to the right place—her relative's house.
Sukhra's torment robbed her entire family of peace. Desperate for a solution to her problems, they spent a lot of money going to magicians who could supposedly heal sicknesses.
None of them could help Sukhra. But when she went to another state for a religious festival, she ended up visiting a relative, a Christian woman who belongs to the congregation of GFA-supported pastor Vibhas Jaiteley. Sukhra's relative realized she was demon possessed and asked her to stay in her home for a few days.
Meanwhile, Vibhas' church members were meeting for a three-day session of fasting and prayer. Sukhra's relative took her to the prayer meeting, where the whole congregation prayed for the demon-possessed woman.
On the third day of the gathering, God freed Sukhra from the demon's grip, and Sukhra decided to follow Jesus!
Sukhra returned home and started attending worship services at a church in her own community. She would appreciate prayer that she continues to grow closer to the Lord and that her family also opens their hearts to His love.
Pastor Vibhas requests prayer that he will witness God's healing of several friends who are suffering from chronic illnesses. Also, pray God will protect and guide Vibhas and provide a church building for his congregation.

It’s not a Red Herring. Christ did many things that men today cannot do.
Nobody has never seen/exorcized a demon, nor do demons exist, except as a proxy to excuse bad behavior. It’s guilty people claiming they are victims. They are a lie that many supposed Christians use to scare and trick gullible children and young adults. I’ve seen that first hand.
Demon theologists are for the most part simply bad people who use demon theology as a trick to fool those who want to believe, or those who are completely fooled. It’s fake, just like speaking in tongues - though just like demons, many will swear by them.
Christ did many things that people today cannot do. That doesn’t disprove any Gospel.

When you act as your own Pope but bereft of the Church, why then any interpretation that one can come up while chasing the dragon.

Mental torment!
So it seems. Yet where would you go? Like this girl - to a magician? Or to a medical doctor? Never mind the sideswipes about drugs, this time. Where would you go?
Torment manifests itself physically. Therefore one who is rational seeks to diagnose it from there, not consult with magicians.
Says who? Does Jared, who shot the senator, have a physical condition or diagnosed with a mental condition? He's being drugged up for what? A hangnail?
If you think that he is possessed, say so, instead of hinting around. Now, if he is possessed, it is up to your Christian duty to rid him of that demon. Saddle up, buttercup and ride the range and rid this yoyo of his demon.
However, it's a fairy story anyway. You guys remind me of the MSM reporting - the statements along the lines that it's fake, but accurate.
Healing is a fairy tale? We are commanded to go heal from God's Word...and it's a fair tale to a man made doctrine believer - not surprised.
This story is a fairy tale, made up completely and tailoring to gullible evangelicals who lap this stuff up. There are no real details or timelines or locations or anything. You back up the story? You prove it or admit that you are lapping this up too.
I do not, any more than I deny the gullibility of evangelicals who are just eating this stuff up without any details whatsoever.

My position is to take things at face value, until it can be shown otherwise. I did not believe the girl to be actually possessed, but spiritual oppression is very common in societies worldwide. The purpose of oppression is to cause as many to turn away from God.
The less godly the society, the more common it becomes.
In that case, I would like to sell you snake oil, the Brooklyn Bridge and the mineral rights to Harmonium across the entire USA.

Sir, the Bible is very clear that there are agents in this world that are working quite contrary to the word of and spirit of God and they are all not human.

The Bible is also very clear that there are liars and false prophets of all kinds who want your soul. When you believe in fairy stories, you are giving up your soul to another power. Are you sure that you want to do that?
