There has not been a lot of courage in the Christian/Catholic church. But, I believe the time is coming when one must choose, the line will be crossed.
Life or Death, Good or Evil, Light or Dark
We in the pews must be strong even when some of our shepherds may be weak.
But they cannot partake of the Eucharist while in a state of sin, and last time I checked Homosexuality was still a sin. They can attend mass but by their actions they had defacto excommunicated themselves.
I do agree that a ‘gay pride’ week mass is completely against what the Mass is about.
This link to a Catholic Blog will detail what is going on at St. Cecelia’s. Its quite sad really. The priest is a far left wing activist who appears to usually get what he wants.

you might want to tell the Globe that China doesn’t allow gay couples to adopt either.
Confucius must have been Catholic?
;-)
Everyone knows that homosxual acts are perverse.
What is natural about inserting your penis into another man’s anus?
Anyone with the slightest knowledge about biology and physiology will tell you that it is impossible to procreate this way.
True, homosexuals should not receive the Body and Blood of Christ, being in a state of active and unrepented sin, but they are free to come up and receive a Blessing from the Priest. They SHOULD be at Mass! Who knows when the Grace of God might reach them, touch their souls, and change their lives?
I agree they should be at church (mass or otherwise) and I also don’t believe that churches should cater to them.
A lot of it is the gay (and liberal) mindset. Church is only there to make you feel better, it shouldn’t offend.
Newsflash - the Gospel of Christ IS offensive to those in sin. The point is to convict and convert.
Precisely.
