And this is where we all err. We make heroes out of people who are fellow sinners. That is always a mistake.

Jesus is our hero. The rest of us are all servants.

We should all strive to remember that, and we won’t be set up for certain failure (or set someone else up for cartain failure).

Jesus is absolutely my ultimate hero and always will be. In fact “God-hero” is one of my favorite references towards Christ.

It was just so refreshing to hear Fr. Corapi speak “the truth” when so many at the pulpit don't. I was never one of those who thought Corapi was a narcissist. I never got the impression that he had a huge ego, in fact he often would put himself down and give all the credit and glory to God that he had the gift of speaking.

I think this is a good reminder to us all, to me, that we REALLY need to pray MORE for priests, and for him particularly.

Just my 2 cents :)
